You and I will meet together in a comfortable, supportive, and relaxed atmosphere whether it is online or in person. We will explore what it is that brought you to therapy and how I can best help you to achieve the goals that you have for yourself. Sometimes we don’t exactly know what our goals are, and that is fine, we can discover and define them together. Most of the time people just know that something doesn’t feel right within themselves or in their life. Often, they have tried for a long time to “feel better” but find themselves in frustrating, repetitive patterns that doesn't lead to healing. Making the connection to a therapist that is a fit for you can be the first step in finding the peace and joy that you are seeking in your life.
We will meet to gain an understanding of what the obstacles are in your relationship and to see if couples therapy is the right approach for you. Some couples thrive in therapy together and that becomes evident in the first couple of sessions. For other couples, they need to spend some time in sessions individually to understand and work on the issues that negatively affect the relationship. Through exploration and understanding of core issues, we will formulate goals for our work together to increase your compatibility and connection to each other.
As a life coach, I help my clients attain greater fulfillment in their lives, particularly in relation to their careers and personal challenges. If you're not where you want to be in life, and you're not sure how to get there, I can help you identify your goals and guide you on your way to maximizing your true potential. For businesses, I provide coaching to managers who are struggling with their teams. By improving communication and strengthening relationships among workers, and between staff and management, we can develop solutions that lead to an increase in motivation.

Connecting with a skilled therapist can help you to move beyond your struggles, move beyond repeating patterns, and approach life in a different, more meaningful, and effective way. I assist you in accessing the strengths that I believe already exist within you to more effectively approach life’s difficulties.
I work with individuals who have had a devastating event in their lives where they feel the rug has been pulled out from under them – whether a divorce, a serious medical diagnosis, the death of a loved one – I am able to help people feel understood, share a sense of urgency of their situation and most importantly help mobilize them when they feel utterly immobilized.
I help individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues, contemplating divorce or with such difficulties as communicating effectively with a partner.
I help individuals and couples who may be experiencing post-traumatic stress after a traumatic event to return to a healthy state.
"When you decide to begin therapy, it can feel daunting and overwhelming. The first comfort I found when I made the decision for myself was Diana. Upon first meeting her, I knew I would be in a safe space. Her ability to listen, empathize, and give tangible tools to help is something I used to only dream of when it came to my mental health. I am so thankful for her and she is such an asset in this field. Therapy is not an easy path, but it is tremendously more manageable with Diana leading the way."

"After losing my husband and losing my way, I was fortunate to find Diana. Compassionate, caring and supportive, she has helped me immensely on my journey. Diana is a great listener with lots of helpful experiences she shares and tailors to individual situations. I consider her a valuable partner in my journey and I hope you will too."

"Diana is a wonderful therapist. I started seeing her prior to the pandemic as well as throughout using a virtual platform. She is very flexible with scheduling and always willing to accommodate my needs. She has helped me with a variety of issues and given me tools to use after our sessions on my own! I feel very comfortable talking to her and you can tell she cares very much about her patients."

"A year ago, I was looking for a therapist to help me leave an emotionally abusive 32-year marriage. I had tried to leave several times before but was never able to go through with it. Diana worked with me and gave me the tools and support I needed to get through this difficult time. Because of her experience, knowledge and compassion, a year later I am divorced and starting to put my life back together. I am continuing to work with her to build my strength and confidence. Diana is a kind and wonderful person. I highly recommend her."

"I started seeing Diana during the hardest and darkest period of my life and she was a true light. It’s obvious that she truly cares about her patients, and she comes to every session well prepared. Through my therapy sessions with her, she has given me the tools I needed to live a happy and meaningful life and for that, I am forever grateful."
